Went out on Tuesday to drink just three beers with a new friend. In the morning, I couldn't face work without a triple scotch. By midday, I was sneaking vodka and orange in a flask (lots of mints to hide the smell). Been maintaining ever since. Last night I finished off a bottle of scotch.

I don't why I do this. I quit for months and then just a couple of beers triggers it all off again.
