Would you move given the choice?

ok, lets say in an ideal world, the governments introduced some world wide scheme, whereby you could switch your house for another one of a similar price and size in another area or country.

How many of you are happy were you are, what about people in the gulf, or in areas of volcanoes, or a lot of earthquake activity?

I myself if i had the choice would move to portugal, or the us.

Britain is such a run down place, it would be good to have a change.
