Know why layoffs have slowed down? No, not because of Obama stimulus plan

It's because the target population is already 'laid off'
and been replaced with foreign workers with Hb1 visas.

He's in big trouble.

Well for me and my own experience this is true. My employer has not issued raises for two years and some of the higher echelon employees took a pay cut. We have lost two employees who quit for better pay, and rather than refill those positions they have redistributed the tasks of those jobs to the already over worked staff that remains.

Bonus checks were still issued during the last two years to officers of the company though.

Or even better exporting the jobs to countries without as much regulation and much lower wages.
