And let's not forget that the example meal quoted there was

2840 Calories

That is the diet for LOSING weight my friend!

Give me a typical low-fat calorie controlled diet of say 1000-1200 calories a day needed for weigh loss.

I dread to think what that would entail eating and I guarantee anyone on it will be STARVING hungry in no time.

And then I will put your question back to you - WHO CAN EAT LIKE THAT?

And much more importantly, who can sustain eating like that?

The simple answer is that you can only torture yourself with low-calorie diets for so long, before you break. And then all the weight, and more, comes back! They are simply not sustainable because who can really eat like that?
