Thanks for sharing OP. I was just diagnosed with Diabetes and looking the ADA "recommended" diet is a crock of shit. I was looking for information just like this.



That is because they are trying to kill you, fluoride, trying to kill you, banning of vitamins and health food shops, trying to kill you, cloned animals and meat/milk, trying to kill you, chemtrails, trying to kill you, vaccines, trying to kill you, radiotherapy, trying to kill you...

It's so funny, people who used to know me when I was large see me smoke and they do a disconnect. They always ask me how I square that with the new 'healthy me'! They never seem to connect the reason that I look 'healthy' is because I supposedly eat so 'unhealthy' lol

Always tell 'em - I am totally consistent. I did the opposite with the diet and it worked. So, I guess if they don't want me to smoke then there is a good reason why I should carry right on lol
