According the logic of this thread, we should also amend Article 1 Section 9 ex post facto clause so that we can apply laws retroactively. That is the only way we can get Obama with a change to the 14th amendment.

No it still wouldn't affect him. Changing the 14th amendment would be only relevant to children born in America after the change took place. It would not affect anyone who has already been born prior to the change. If it did that would be a violation of Article 1 Section 9 which says that laws can't apply retroactively.
