i think your forgetting that you MOVED since then
it doesnt leave an old you in time...u changed since then
time is a measurement of what changed

the happening is the changes you are making

i'm not keeping up.

In the mean time as an intermission i suggest you watch these vids.

If you are interested in time and our understanding of it you will, like i did, find them interesting.

Worth a look

Worth your 'time'.

Intersting perspective.

(note these are audio, so no visual)

part 2 and 3 can be found on the same channel.

Guess i'll have to think some more on that,

At first what you said seems simple, but its actually alot to goet your head around on closer consideration, at least i find it that way.

People who are willingly ignorant do not deserve the "secret things of God" and you qualify as those who will never know such wonders. The thing to do in this situation is to not throw pearls before swine. Time travel is possible and has been done many many times in the past, every prophet of God traveled through time, and saw things in the future as though they had already happened in the past. I've said enough. No more casting.

time is a measurment of change
not a line you can bend
 Quoting: DrEaMz

Of course you have a soul. Another word for it you do know is personality. Notice no matter how many people you meet no two at exactly the same?

Time is not a line. Since most think falsely of it as linear they falsely believe it can be traveled in.

Here's a truth most will struggle to grasp understanding of.
Time is a circle. Time repeats itself because it is structured like a circle.

There really is no such thing as past or future. There is a right now. Oops, it's gone now and a new now comes.

If you think about it the past cannot be "proven" nor can the future. Right now can be proven to anyone's satisfaction. Punch them in the nose and then ask when it happened? if they say yesterday or tomorrow then I will admit to being wrong. otherwise you now know how a man you've never met thinks about time.

you cannot time travel.

If you view time on a higher dimension, it looks like a geographic space. Future is north, past is south and present is when you stand.

Re: the concept of time (the happening)
things are going to constantly move...never ending journey through the cosmos.and with the power to understand it is the greatest gift god could give to man! "the power of comprehension" most animals dont get to have such a gift.

Einstein once said "if you sit with a girl you like for a few hours it seems like a few minutes
but if you put your hand on a hot stove for a few minutes it seems like a few hours."

so...imo time is happening as fast as you want it to be
its happening as fast as your brain can prosses the information from your senses.

so if you try to prosses things faster in your head
you would have the ability to speed up time or slow it down(this is done threw meditation)

o and im not convinced we have a soul so i don't think that stuff about meditation
 Quoting: DrEaMz

First, it is "Process" and although I am not a scientist, I believe that currently, there are a FEW scientists whom have confirmed that they are on the right track to traveling forward in time and not backwards thus time travel likely WILL be in our near future. Further, if one believes in advanced life in our cosmos, then they will have ALREADY created time travel, and we could USE there time travel methods to go Back OR forward in time...if the Government hasn't done so already. Why do you not believe you have a soul? Too many bad things happen in your life and now you just don't believe anymore? My brothers an Atheist, but we all believe that this is a result of seeing so much pain, anguish, mental/physical abuse ect.

if it has to do with speed, thats as fast as it gets...

they should figure out the mathematical equation on how fast you have to go....and how far in the future

Re: the concept of time (the happening)
If time is not finite death cannot exist. It kind of reminds me of a dream I once had.

I watched a little boy walk through a mirror to an identical room ahead. I was standing behind him. When he got to the next room he stepped through the same mirror and kept doing this, but at some point he began to catch up with himself. As he would walk through the mirror there was already another boy walking thru the mirror ahead of him.

Time has no beginning or end. So if we are moving through time we're never born, and we never die...

I think it can be proven mathematically that there's no such thing as death. Or maybe I had too much aspartame today.

so in your logic
the faster you move the faster time is flowing

and the earth moving around is making time happen to everyone as a whole because we are all riding on it...

does that mean...if you get off the earth and find out how to completely stop..(which would be hard to do w/o drifting away...or can you stop in space...how do you know when you aren't moving).....

if you can stop...would time?
