While not American, I can't help but speak against the article:

1) most, if not all, presidents were out of touch with the average American. If the First Lady can't take some luxurious vacations, who can? it's not that previous First Ladies didn't do similar things.

2) not having confidence in the President is totally irrelevant to the quality of the presidency. The lack of confidence is the result of the media's war against Obama.

4) Obama quickly put USA out of its economic crisis though. That USA has a big debt is not a very serious problem, because USA has other means to nullify this debt. Said means are not available for Europeans.

Barack Obama has made it clear that he doesn’t believe in American exceptionalism, and has made apologising for his country into an art form.

Change requires more than insults the Tea Party at least understands the futility of excessive taxation and not withstanding your unsubstantiated claim that the Tea Party was hijacked you fail to grasp a basic understanding.

Change is a process sometimes slow however you find a politician who stands for your beliefs and you support them. If it were easy to stand under the spotlight of intense criticism then we would have more volunteers to be politicians.

I ran for political office myself and it was not easy everyone tugs and pulls at you and thinks nothing of judging you on policies far above the local office you are seeking.

Define the criteria and the public will let you know the issues concerning them and if most of your beliefs jive then support the politician under the microscope.

Excellently written article. True on all points. The only thing it is missing is that barak Obama isn't just making mistakes. It is doing most of the damage on purpose. He is adhearing to the primary goals of his communist background. That is, he intends to destroy America as a world leader and free nation. 1. Do your own research. Who paid for the "tea party express"? Who donated money to have Palin speak at the rallies?

BS. In our country, there is no economic price for citizenship. This is a citizen ship tax. I prefer to reserve my right to pay cash fr services rather na pay a gvt or corporation to manage my health treatments for me. Insurance is a policy to cover unexpected catastrophic instances. You don't get a payout from your flood insurance just because it rains. Our Med feild is in the mess because of the government to begin with. Get the gvt out and the field will fix itself via supply and demand.

Funny, many of us "Arrogant Americans" have been telling our administrations that we want our men and women home. We do NOT like nation building nor do we want to use force on anyone to do our bidding. We do however believe in the right of self defense at the personal and national level and don;t expect anyone to come running to do it for us. We prefer non-interventionist policies and are tired of being looked to be nanny to everyone else. When the shit hits the fan, who is the first call made to? Us.
