but we here in the US are outside of all Biblical geography and more important, we are outside the table of nations from Genesis 10 by which Ezekiel, Daniel, and Revelation identify the parts of the final beast empire.

Too bad that isn't the list of Nations that will be gathered to fight against Christ. For that list you need to be reading Jer.25. Any Nation that is not part of the list would have no remnant that would come to the yearly feast of the tabernacle that is detailed in Zec.14.
