Check for the 5 lights on. And in the 2nd picture, there is a "few lights" on 9 stories above the jumper. (This is the same lights though, but the jumper is now below them) In the negatives, the lights on show up a small blue blocks. Other then this, all lights seem to be, well, by and large, absent. And make no mistake, the Towers are dark. Hardly any lights on anywhere. Why? There were no reported electrical outages at WTC as there were in the 1993 bombing; Those issues had been fixed; Then why so few lights on at the WTC?
