Why are people so weird.??
Are they like this with each other in just this country or is this just a human thing??
I have tried to be friendly to 2 neighbors, but they dont want to be friendly at all.
I baked cookies one Christmas and distributed them in the neighborhood; to about 10 people.
Are these people just so caught up in their nasty lives of debt, possibly a bad marriage and or a bad job they dont want to be friendly??
I wish I could move into the country and not have neighbors but right now cant afford this.
I would love you for a neighbor. Gone are the days where people introduced themselves and baked cookies to share...create and shared a bond (noooo...I am not talking about sharing wives/husbands among eachother 'that way'). A friend bond. Don't stop being who you are...good and kind.

The worst one was from my 85 year old next door neighbor. Her response was "Are we going to start THIS Shit?!!"

I wish I had the nerve to say to her, "NO, we are not. Goodbye and don't ever talk to me again."
But instead, I fell back on my good manners and said something about not trying to start anything just wanted to wish her well, and I'd go now...
Now we live out in the country and people keep to themselves and that's fine with me.
My bitch now is we have a shared driveway, that is dirt and gravel. We are the first house, with about four others down the road. They are all way back from the road; we are about 100 feet. They drive like bats out of hell and don't care one bit about all the dust they stir up for us...
People have become zombies without hearts for the most part... Disgusting.
