All he is trying to do is put people up a place to sleep so that they are not out $1,000 of dollars paying for hotel rooms. Which did, Where the current egg stupidity is happening, because The Government doesn't want to know the history behind Jack DeCoster and his fu%kin violations in Maine, Maryland and North Carolina, So now he is doing the same in Iowa. At least in New York upper state they actually are using the money to fix infra-structor. Fixing remote bridges and embankments etc. They are trying to encourage worker without spending money out of their pockets.
