How to make gold from lead.

I am between thunderstorms here.... have to hurry back out there but wanted to check back in because I was not quite clear whether I actually had to be holding the rod when the lightening was striking. Also, The glass jar I am using has a metal lid.. does that matter? Raining like a sombitch here and my rod keeps sliding off to the side. I will report back when I get the gold.

I don't know about OP's methods but transmutation of the elements is real. It was done in Japan in 1964. Sodium was combined with Oxygen to get Potassium using just 60W of electricity. They have also documented fusing carbon and oxygen into iron using electricity.
