The Hindenburg omen. what is it?

It measures what I call "Greenspan's phrase" ... it signals irrational exuberance
"irrational exuberance" was a phrase used by Alan Greenspan in report before Congress.
Nobody in congress finance committee understood what it meant.
Even today they still do not understand.
