Was this fair held on private property? If so, then the guy may not have had the "right" to display his sign without permission. That said, had he remained cool, calm and collected, he probably could've compromised a way to keep displaying the sign. But as soon as he started yelling personal insults at the security crew and carrying on like a crazy guy, you just KNEW he was going to get arrested.

those cops are victims as well. They look sick and heavily medicated, surely taking all the vaccines, flu shots and whatever the doctor prescribe.

Probably have no thought process left beyond taking orders.

It's sad, they will get NOTHING for it, and they can't comprehend it.

Wrong its at the police discretion.. there are few laws that REQUIRE the police to arrest. Most laws are worded "MAY ARREST"

Okay, people, to settle some of the "why didn't people help" and other questions. I was there from start to finish, and have videos of the entire situation, including where you can distinctly see the security officer pull his gun from the holster while he had the man on the ground. To start with, the man was being peaceful. Another guy came up and said quote on quote, "I don't like what you're saying here, I'm getting you kicked out". He then proceeded to bring security officers over, where they asked him to leave, and he calmly said no, the officers then placed their hands on him trying to escort him, and this is when he started to yell. As he had every right, as the security personnel were unlawfully trying to escort him away. Now, there was a person trying to pull the security officer off of the man, however, when the "actual" officer appeared, he forcefully shoved the man off of the security personnel. This too, I have on video. A few minutes later, a kid in the crowd begins saying things such as "if he's gonna be thrown to the ground for saying what he believes, why isn't anyone else? Yeah! F*uck Obama! Oh sh*t, i might get arrested. Go Obama! Coming to save the country!", and carried on for a few minutes, until a security officer then tells him he needs to quiet down or he'll be escorted out. This too i have on video. Now one question I have, based on the discussion of the fair ordinances, and whether he was legal or not. How is him holding the sign, any different than stores on the fairground selling shirts promoting Obama? I've been at work all day, and don't have computer access at my house, and the videos are on my iPhone, which I'm posting this from, so I will post the videos as soon as I can.

I watched the video until the end, in the end Police arrested him, not the security guys....He was yelling and trying to instigate a riot, I think that is called disturbing the peace !

You're wrong and you're right. The protests most certainly were over the senseless war in Vietnam and people refusing to go there to kill and be killed. Yeah, some people that shared those sentiments are now in power. However, they wanted to excercise their rights, back then, but they want to deprive We the People of our rights, now.

Why would someone pass their bar exam and never have an active licenses? this was on file w/ his 'home state's' Secretary of state department.. Who knows now.. right before he was 'chosen' his 'home' state claimed his licenses had never been on active status. one more freak nic to add to the pile.
