Nine Knocks Phenomenon

I was deeply dreaming about a dragon entity when i heard distinct knocking at the door which woke me up from it, so i stumble to the door and no one was there....

Yes I have heard the knocks ..they come in three's .Being a abductee I got used to being awaken with the knocks . Like you , years ago when it first started I looked out all the doors and sometimes I heard it coming from the walls and it was mostly in the middle of the night around 3 AM . From observation I really dont believe the knocks were coming from my door but above the house ... it was coming from " their" craft from above. I think but not sure the knocks are coming from their craft .. something to do with the atmostphere when the craft comes to a stop . Next time this happens ..if you can .. look up .

Can't say I've heard of this...does it come with any sort of feeling? Do you associate it with dread, comfort, anger, etc?

No, nothing unusual goes with it.

I've heard - don't necessarily believe the following.

Wall knocks - are common in demonic visitations or such.

Not sure about the number of knocks.

This is something you have to search out yourself OP .
It took me years to figure it out myself .. not sayin' you are being visited its just a possiblity .Search it and ask questions .

Had something like that in a lucid dream like a gigantic amoeba with lots of tentacles sort of translucent ocher colored skin. No discernible head but bipedal, maybe think tentacles? Not sure, don't answer the door.

Read Peter Levenda's Sinister Forces series and the stuff about the Council of Nine. Somewhere in the books he goes into the 9 knocks (I think it's the 3rd book when he speaks of Whitley Strieber).

I have heard these knocks as well. I tried google but came to find nothing on the matter. I heard them about a month ago. Very Late at night really early in the morning. The first one was on my bedroom window. Chalked it up to nothing then it knocked on my front door ran outside with a golf club and shouted show yourself with no response. It wasn't the first time that has happened. I want explanations for this phenomenon.

Around two months ago I was at home and about 10pm I heard three knocks at the front door, this being very unusual I initially thought it was neighborhood kids playing a prank

**Well Not Terrestrial Neighbors !! ... Hee Hee Heee !!!

however as I opened the door nobody was there, ok some stupid prank.

Not 30 seconds later I hear it again
Knock...Knock...Knock...I ran out front as I was 2 feet from the door and nothing. This got me thinking as there was no time for anyone to run and hide.

**Hee Hee Heee !!!

Then as I was walking back into the house I hear it again
Knock...Knock...Knock however this time it was coming from the back door.
Well I bolted out to the backyard and...NOTHING...There would have been no time for anyone to jump a fence nor was there anywhere for a person to hide.

**Oh Boy !! ... Hee Hee Hee !!

FAST FORWARD TO LAST FRIDAY

I have since sold my house and now live in an apartment in
another state.

I am fast asleep and I am woken up to Knock...Knock...Knock
which sounds like it is coming from the front door, I open my eyes and look at my alarm clock 3:00 am exactly. I first though I was dreaming, until I sit up and hear Knock...Knock...Knock again coming from the front door.

Also this time I was watching the baby video monitor and I saw my son get startled from the knocks so I know that I wasn't hearing things.

nothing.

Then as soon as I closed the door I hear it again
Knock...Knock...Knock this time coming from a far wall in my living room. I was so tired that I fell right back asleep.

I was discussing this with a co-worker the other day and he told me that this happened to him when he was younger.

when i was a child (around 12 or 13 years old), i moved into a new house with my family. during the winter months, i would hear 9 knocks in sets of three coming from the windows of my bedroom, often alternating between windows between sets (for example, the first three knocks would be on the left window, three knocks on the right, three more on the left). the first time it happened, i assumed it was my neighborhood friends trying to get my attention. i opened the windows and there was no one there. i went outside to investigate, still believing it to be my friends but there were no tracks in the freshly fallen snow. this would continue every four days or so, but the time of day was never consistent, ranging from early in the afternoon to the dead of night at 3am. i was understandably very frightened but my parents comforted me and allowed me to sleep in the living room for the next several weeks until the knocks eventually stopped.

we moved out of the house a few years later and my sister and i began sharing stories of a dark, cold feeling the house always had. shadows would adorn the interior of the house with no visable light source or source of the shadow itself. water pressure and temperature would fluctuate constantly but no plumber could diagnose the problem. my brother was so terrified of is own bedroom (for no reason he can discern) that he would often sleep with me in the living room with me.

we never saw any apparition or physical beings (aliens, BEK's, ghosts) but my entire family of 5 agrees that the house was "dark", the only word we can figure out how to most accurately describe what was going on. i was the only one to hear the nine knocks, but it wasnt until i read "Communion" by streiber years later that i started growing even more suspicious

That is the knock of the H.R.A. (often called "Three times Three"). Perhaps your home was once a meeting place for Companions.
