Where do I find that in the Constitution? The tech is their patented, secure device the use of which they lease to you when you buy. Consider your contract a least-purchase agreement, on their terms. They'll take of picture of you with their equipment if they want to. Good luck. What they can do and what they are or will do can be two entirely different things. No one has ever seen a perfect circle, nor a perfectly straight line, yet everyone knows what a circle and a straight line are. Perceived circles or lines are not exactly circular or straight, and true circles and lines could never be detected since by definition they are sets of infinitely small points. |

So when I buy something, with my own money (which is inherently my intellectual property) and I choose to use the money to buy THEIR intellectual property, wouldnt it become MY property after? Or are you just trying to troll people? Fuck Apple. Fuck Zune. Fuck anyone who pays for shit like that, while people starve in foreign countries waiting desperately to one day come to our "free" nations we call home. All this spying shit is just more info to add to the Data Mine. They dont give a fuck if you jailbreak your phone, and I'm sure they've added surveillance measures that work in sync with Alphabet agencies. "Land of the Free" my ass. |

Jailbreaking allows users to access software and features for their devices that have not been sanctioned by Apple. The process was declared legitimate by a US court earlier this month, but Apple said any such interference in their device will void its warranty. Apple's patent, which went before the US Patent and Trademark Office earlier this week, is for "systems and methods for identifying unauthorised users of an electronic device". Using the software, Apple can remotely access your sensitive information and data, ostensibly to determine if you are an “authorised user”. Among the information they can access, the system can take a flashless, undetectable photo of the users' face (with the iPhone 4's front-facing camera) and multiple photos of the surrounding location. It can also record the users' voice regardless of whether they are making a phone call, monitor their internet usage and record the heartbeat and “vibration signature” of the user. Blackberry who owns corporate America can do all those this except take photos. Blackberrys Enterprise Server, you can wipe it, push software, delete software, control who logs in etc. More iPhones are coming into corporate America and Apple needs to be able to have those features in order to compete. I am sure when Windows 7 devices come out, they will do the same stuff and I am sure Google has something similar. So right now I am taking a wait and see about this, I don't think they will wipe everyone's devices that have been jailbroken. I think there is really nothing here to see, so far. |

Yes you own the hardware, but you license the software that they own. When you install Windows it asks you to agree or disagree with the software license, which you do not own, same with OSX. You do not own the software, they do. You only own the hardware that the software runs on. |
