What would the U.S. do if Israel becomes uninhabitable from war?

If the nuclear reactor melts down, Israel would become mostly uninhabitable. What would the U.S. do? I read there was some discussion that worst case scenario the U.S. government would donate one of its states for the Israelis. New Mexico and Arizona were suggested because of similar terrain and adjoins water so they can have their own navy.

The U.S. would need to relocate a lot of Americans for Israel and it would be expensive. So raising taxes and borrowing from China would be required. But yes, the U.S. most certainly would give land and relocate Israel.

The U.S. would need to relocate a lot of Americans for Israel and it would be expensive. So raising taxes and borrowing from China would be required. But yes, the U.S. most certainly would give land and relocate Israel.

I'm quite sure Americans would not be given a choice in the matter. The government would do this unilaterally on humanitarian grounds.

I also heard about this scenario as well. I believe the U.S. government would provide land for the Israelis. Most likely it would be parts of two states, half of Arizona and half of New Mexico.
