Republicans will not solve anything. They had their chance under The Shrub. This situation economically is not fixable unless there are jobs. No such chance of that happening. We are screwed either way. Optimum position as in chess checkmate. We will continue to decline. People vote like this: Damn Republicans...I am.voting Democrat next election. They don't like the Dems tricks so next time they vote Republican. Flip flop..a monkey can scratch his nuts more effectively than Americans can vote. They like the guy with the saxophone so vote for him. Or, Obama...he knew (rather his election team knew) how to Twitter...cool man...let's vote for him!

The last election might as well have been pro wrestling, the mccain campaign laid down and let the obama campaign pin him with no real resistance.
