Excellent reminder, op....thanks for posting this......it's something I've known and practiced, but when things are hectic, stressed, it's easy to become self involved and be short with others, when in reality, our own worries become less when we aren't so focused on ourselves that we can't see the needs of our fellow men....

Just sayin, one of these days one of these people you're being kind to is gonna bash you brains in. And yes, I can relate to "them", I'm probably a nicer person than you on a daily basis, even when I'm in a bad mood, or someone is rude to me, my point was that kindness will not change the world, decent people are outnumbered by the evil/ruthless people of the world by like a million to one, so good luck with that.
