The feds flexed alotta muscle on us for katrina, confiscating ALL firearms "to maintain order and to keep them out of looters hands...." bla bla bla.... With Gustav, I told a lieutenant he was trespassing and he and his personel left the property.... so its kindova wishy washy situation. And yes, if the governor declares a state of emergency and doesn't specify counties, its statewide....
