Anyone in NC know if this applies state wide?
Not sure but maybe will be enforced near the coast. You know we can legally hunt deer where I live in NC any time of year with a bow and arrow. So maybe carry a bow and arrow to defend against looters. Say hey was just aiming at a deer and so and so got in the way.<shrug>
