BREAKING!!!! State of emergency order makes criminals of concealed handgun permit-holders, sport shooters and hunters in NC

governors have absolutely ZERO authority to suspend the constitution. i seriously doubt rational people would voluntarily disarm themselves.

The statute says "off his own premises." That means that on your own property you can carry your gun.

Everyone of those cars and trucks has a lethal tire iron, and also given the number of plastic bottles now found most vechiles or glass and the shear amount of gasoline found in those vechiles, they already represent a substantial amount of weapons. Besides the vehicle itself is a deadly weapon. So what's the point in 'banning' firearms... or is the band above and beyond fire arms extending to even pocket knifes with 3.5inch blades?

I went to look to prove you wrong about this pertaining to the 'right of habeas corpus' being suspended via Article 1, Section 9... only to discover it says this is not a right but a priviledge, which I had never realized it said before, to wit:

"The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."

I could have sworn that formerly it had read that "the right of the Writ of Hebeas Corups shall not be suspended..." but it does not now.

However no where within the body of the US Constitution is any power every granted under any situtation for the US Government to suspend the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

Some would still argue that the 2nd pretains to the Fed Gov but not to the State govs. In genearl however the People upon the simple reading of it will and do automatically assume it means exactly what it says and that it also applies to the State governments, that is until they are talked out of such an understanding by smooth talking snake oil lawyers and judges.

Gasoline is a dangerous substance. It is dangerous to drink or cause others to drink. It is deangerously flammable and when confined and put to the flame is a dangerous explosive. So, I guess that means you will have to leave your gasoline powered vehicles at home.

It's still you. Your premise is that this has "always been policy" and then you go and cleverly research it, and show that it has been policy since 1969. To me, *ALWAYS* would imply that the law that allows the Governor of NC to declare a state of emergency was created with the noxious clause regarding weapons.

Someone like Abraham Lincoln would never use that incident to disarm the whole country = absolute madness beyond measure ! All it is, it is giving the government power as it is now a good reason to be used to disarm everyone for the alterior motives planned. Lucifer works hard for his children and when his kids come into power it is fatal move, works on people's emotions and all sorts of things. That incident is caused due to the government there sending the whole country into the bottomless pit as it rejected their Great Creator, and Lucifer is then allowed in by default, hyhaenas are allowed to come in and crunch the last of the bones left over, it is all part of the eco system already programmed in = its operations is done through witchcraft as they have now openly cursed the Holy Spirit, a thing that was tolerated before, and Lucifer quickly took this opportunity and marked the people with his mark, claiming his children for the hell fire as they are now all brainwashed and it cannot be reversed. This is happening all over the world, bowing down to the image of the beast who started it all 2000 years ago by Rome, Lucifer with his Agenda 21 plan ! The second death takes place 1000 years later !

A Promise was made by the Almighty and that Promise will be delivered !

Blessed are those who's names are written in The Lamb's Book of Life and it does not matter if they are diced like an onion or blown up and splattered all over with rocket launchers or smoked out with diseases and chemicals, it is only the flesh, they will be raised up, Jesus' body was a heap of mangled pulp and He raised up from the dead because He is God, He will raise up His children from the dead because He speaks things into existence, as He is the Great Creator the enemy rejected, the rock of offence !

So who are fools after all ? = those proven to be with no real Character just a fantasy of a Character, unbelievers, heathens, infidels, whoremongers, warmongers, sinners, no real faith = cowards using religions and politics as a cover to go for gold and put their gods on a pedestal and dictating to God Almighty in His Face! Time has ended for all these games = Grace blends into eternity and the rest falls away ! The seed of Christ, real Character born of the Tree of Life cannot die, and the pod falls back and dies in the ground.

Governments and false doctrines are a curse and will be rewarded = it is all programmed into it before the establishment and the foundations of the earth, impossible to hide no matter who you are !

The Mayan's calendar ended = were they gold diggers ? the time for gold diggers are now closed, and to hide underground or in space will not help, the serpents under or over will be rooted out, they used the people's tax monies did they not ? they destroyed their own souls and all the people around them = this gets sorted out at the second death by Christ and His saints, when they are cast into a lake of fire with their father Lucifer = The whole thing gets reveresed = the final reward for being a fool.
