OMG! I took a flashlight and looked at the cable company's converter box which is also the cable box, and flashed the flashlight into the window which is smoked dark black. THERE IS A HOLE and GUESS WHAT!!! There is a camera lens facing outwardly! It is not the place for the remote control or for the "message" light, it's a freaking camera! I stuck tape over it!

IS this why the government handed out converter boxes!!

I got a new cable box from the cable company when that big conversion happened.

I do i know they can watch you from your own television and computer monitor i also know they can listen to naything you say through your cell phone wheter it is on or off!

They can hijack it very easily too as it always transmits to the center tower of your provider.

I have to say this again, there is no camera inside the screen, the screen is the camera. The LCD is a complete black lens and use fluorescent bulb and uv-light to get the job done, old crt screens use gamma rays insted..
