Fanaticism in ANY religion is violent and dangerous...

Here's what confuses me... I've known several Muslims and they were the nicest people, very tolerant and NOT living in the middle-ages. Granted, I wasn't surrounded and inundated by Muslim culture, it was just my observation.

I have been surrounded by fanatical Christians, and let me tell you, THAT shit was scary... the penchant for violence and hate was overwhelming.

I don't know... I just think when you take the path of a zealot, you cross into dangerous territory. Any message can be twisted into something ugly.

Either way, these articles made me sick.

Agreed, however the human species is very violent. Creative almost beyond measure, but the violent nature always rears it head and destruction follows.

Evil men justify themselves in their own minds and to others. That does not make them any less corrupt, just deluded. What they fail to grasp is that should they win their heart's greatest desires, they will have already lost their soul.
