We all have heard this stuff, well for some of us, decades. And we are still standing and armed. But there are quite a few signs pointing that there is a shift happening. Sometimes the signs are subtle, but sometimes startling. I for one do not like hearing of gun confiscations during Katrina or recently in NY. I suppose it has happened else where.
