You should see them here in Oregon. $250,000 dollar new homes in there own subdivisions. Security guards, All lawns and maintenance is done for them. I work my ass off and can't afford what they are living in. Brand new 2 story 2000 sq ft homes with garages. Literally 1000s of them comprising huge neighbor Hoods.

The real crime isn't renting to section 8, the real crime is an 18 month inventory of dwellings allowed to come about to sit idle.

Well it sounds as if the landlords are very happy with this arrangement. I do not believe that we should as taxpayers have to pay for this but it also sounds as if it is a good deal for the developers. Also I do not think that my tax dollars should subsidize slums either.
