I am thinking I was in sick bay and the ETs were trying to bring me back. And it was they who were speaking. As I started to revive.. I woke up... in bed.

Did I die that time in sick bay and they brought me back? Once you said that I had been in sick bay many times. Since my father was an atomic veteran... who knows what kind of genetic damage I have. Then there was the time I died of pneumonia and someone followed me back. I woke up in the hospital seeing myself come back to myself. My companion stayed at the head of my bed for 2 - 3 days. When I was better... he left. Do you know who it was? I could not see him after I got back.. But I could feel his presence and the room had a pinkish glow until he left.

These recent discussions made me wonder about the nature of memories. Since all things are happening now/at the same time, is a memory just access to a different point in your life. For example if I learn a mathematics equation I may understand it well at that moment. A year later though I may have forgotten this knowledge. Is it the lack of access to that part of my life (one year previous) that causes the forgetting? If I could reconnect myself back to that point of 1 year ago at the moment I learned the equation I would be able to retrieve that knowledge that I had learned? Is this what you mean when you say TPTB are able to retain their knowledge better? They can just access all points of their lives therefore being able to retrieve the understanding they had when they learned the equation?
