Forgive us but it's very very hard for us right now. It seems our viewpoints are so distorted that we can't distinguish where to even start when it comes to getting back on the proper path to learning. Getting the basics down even seems beyond my grasp right now, and after 2 years of reading this thread daily I still am not sure I'm getting anywhere. I sort of understand the history ST has given, but not really in a way that makes entire logical sense to me.

And to think, the readers of this thread are leagues above and beyond the general populace in understanding (which is not to say much). If we are having so much trouble.. imagine them?

I'm starting to feel like the elder's need to take another approach for us to learn. For some reason, whether its the density level, the programming, the chemicals constantly being taken into our bodies by various means, or whatever it is.. we aren't getting anywhere fast. Right now its like we're doing the same thing over and over and its not working, yet we keep doing it? The threads information seems to have highly stagnated for someone who has been here a long time. Sure its great for someone who just arrived at the thread...but after 2 years it seems not very new or novel anymore. That's not to say the information isn't fantastic, just that those of us that have been here a long time need more pieces to the puzzle.

I don't know, I guess I have learned some things. I'm quite good at being able to distinguish propaganda from the useful/true information , but I still feel like I'm not understanding the useful/true information properly. And why are a tiny percentage of us being taught this information anyways? The people who read this thread would likely make up less than 0.0000001% of the population. I'm just hoping for something different soon. It just feels like the elders aren't "getting it" that we aren't "getting it".

To levitate your physical body would have to be much less dense. Did those in third density who gained/trained/learned the ability of levitation go through strict "spiritual" (lack of better word) training? I suppose the main idea would to open/clear the flow of channels and to maintain diet (ex: no oil's.. ect our food today)

Perhaps sitting on your head might help in equilibrium/balance.

Maybe certain yoga techniques release stress/ therefore opening energy channels and therefore not needing to eat as much food therefore becoming less dense/less physical, more ethereal.
