MODIS hotspot remote detection system / univ. Hawaii: [ link to modis.higp.hawaii.edu] Weird located spots continue to appear intermittently in British Columbia and Alberta, as well as Siberia and other areas... where temperatures are now even below minus 30 celsius... or less. I really do not think that they are usual programmed fires at all. This is really strange. S. who C.  Link to canadian seismic stations, excelent site: [ link to earthquakescanada.nrcan.gc.ca] There is quite a lot of shaking around Vancouver island. Some pattern seems to exist between the weird hotspots and the last months quakes in the mountain ranges as well... but i am not sure about this. In the link you can actually see the seismograms! Although it seems many of them have a lot of "noise"... its quite obvious that there are seismic signals within... probably from minor quakes, most of them not appearing in the quake maps.
