I mean its just unusual its taking this long to progress since their is enuff done that qualifies that this event (passage) should have happened already. Well take care, Josh.

OK. Intresting one for you. I live in a hotel at present. In a coverted garage adjoined to the building a heroin addict is living. It is technically a room in this hotel. The manager's brother is a down and out who is friends with the heroin addict and wants him to stay. However, it seems the heroin addict has threatened to kill the manager and one or both of his sons if they attempt to evict him. They want to evict him. I know for a fact the heroin addict has not paid any rent for over six months. Therefore he clearly has something over the manager and his sons here. They have plenty of money but cannot get rid of him for fear of reprisals even using various laws. The heroin addict is known to the police but they, of course, need money from heroin addicts like him to fund their various prostitute rings etc. (Which is why we're in Afganistan)

How do they get rid of him without breaking the law - which appears to be the only option. Thanks in advance.

unexpected position. As far as i had measured the angles are as expected for this time of the year. Nothing unusual. However that link is interesting, as there might be some atmospheric diffraction in some latitudes/places. The Moon movement is much complex for trying to track it, i doubt that any has changed but might have a try on that ; )

The apparent position of the Sun in the horizon is about 4° +- 0.5° northern than it should be by now. It is so weird.

Perhaps it is to happen (what ST is talking about)...

and this winter would be easily longer (and not just colder) than normal as it has not yet started... it seems that the solstice has not come yet! Really weird, i´m so surprised... i must check again on the next days and weeks.

Oh, may I also add, not one single chemtrail was viewable when I was looking at the 1996-1998 pics. Ever wonder why they are covering the sunrises and sunsets with that cloudy crap spewing from the back of KC-135's? I bet they are tracking the shifts that are occurring and effectively trying to cover it up when it does occur. Some of those pics in the later years on KatKam with heavy chemtrails sure look suspicious. The light seems to be way off course but since there is heavy 'fake' cloud cover, you can't pin point the suns location. Now, I'm not saying every cloudy day is chemcrap but the some that are were for a reason. So the 13, 15, 20 degree occasions will not be easily seen.

One day, I will find the mother of all proof and I have a feeling the hardcore debunkers will still deny it. I am prepared for it, so no skin off my chest.

I want to thank you for the threads and your try on exposing such weird changes, as i got intrigued by someone else suggestion i decided to update my old measurements and i was most surprised to find a 4° +-0.5° variation in the expected position of the Sun in the horizon for winter solstice 2008, the Sun is just still too north as if the solstice has not yet arrived indeed! This is most weird, so i understand that that you are founding much resistance and debunking attitudes... after all it might be wise not to put too much logs into the fire. Take it easy, you are right, but it is probably unwise to shout it everywhere.

For measuring angles you just need rulers or metric tapes, some square rulers, a large object that can project a shadow and in with which a rectangle with one 90° angle can be formed and its sides measured (height of the shadow producing object and lenght of the shadow at real noon). Just wait until real noon, when objects do not project lateral shadows (not necessarily 12 pm), make sure that the formed triangle has a 90° angle between the straight objects that is going to produce the shadow (i.e. a fence or a table), make sure that the surface you are making the 90° allignment is effectively flat (you can use a lever or fill a water bottle or tubes for this, the water must be the same level and alligned with the plane) and take the measurements. You can make plenty of them and have means ; ) Then use basic trigonometric relations to calculate the angles. Object´s height would be side B, shadow lenght would be side A, the hypothenuse (sorry if i misspell, english is not my first language) will be C and it is the root square of the sum of the square of A and the square of B, quite simple after Pytagoras equation:

C2 = (A2+B2)

Then calculate sen(beta), as following:

sen(beta)= b/c

where beta is the angle of incidence of sunlight where you are taking the measurements.

And look at the tables for the sen (or is it sin in english? Sen or Sin is a most used trigonometric function included in all calculators and all analitic geometry textbooks) function or use a calculator second function to obtain THE ANGLE, which for the winter solstice should had been 23° 26´ (about 23.5°) PLUS the latitude you are located at... if you are in the northern hemisphere. That only is valid at real noon, as later or earlier the shadows are longer and the angles would be varying in a complex way. This gaves me 4° +-0.5° northern that it should be. Weird. Really amazingly weird it seems, should check again.
If the object is very wide then you most be sure to measure the shorter line from the base of the object to the end of the shadow using the square rulers.

You can also use a compass but that is much less accurate, specially if you don´t have a professional one.

Had you thought on the implications and why such an obvious amazingly weird phenomena is not being published? I think it is related with many things being mentioned, suggested and even discussed in the thread i quoted, it might be also related with much more things, like Holmes weird development and plenty of alternative explanations...
But beware, because it might also be somewhat swampy ; )

+ So you can "believe" what? That i make a mistake with that assumption and while my measurements were/are right, my interpretation of the angle was wrong? Or that a change has really happened and being compensated by another change in the ecliptic (orbital plane)? (Which seems extremely weird, unlikely BUT can be verified as a hard proof quite easily with some good observations of other stars and objects outside the solar system or even, perhaps some objects in the system itself? What you meant?

Calling Jupiter what it is not as even Sol is not such thing... perhaps it can be in the very distant future, they might be, but now we only perceive a large gaseous planet with less than 1/1000 th the mass of Sol.
