Can you tell me any information about the belly button? I aligned "something" to do with sleep/awake (body clock?) with the belly button (centered within) and made sure it was at correct angle, and by adjusting/readjusting it, I can wake up with Ease and go to sleep with much ease and be awake and asleep as needed. And before that I tried many other things, and then that came up as a priority,

You see ST what i term meditation is a bunch of things in that category, It means many things, could be relaxing, or focusing on a specific task/("priority"/"to-do"), so for some meditating might not be the right approach, But I've been doing this my whole life naturally!! (just not as aware as i am now!) and now i found out how helpful it is to keep adjusting to the optimum position and angle, "maintaining the balance"
