Why does our artificial time appear to be passing so fast right now?

I swear it seems like I'm almost teleporting from day to day sometimes. It really goes by so fast now.

particularily during rising and setting when it seems this bright object we think might be Nibiru does not appear anywhere near where the sun went down from what I can tell.
