NOTE!! I have posted an Index, that I made a couple of years ago, several times on this Thread. Making an Index is no easy feat as much of the information overlaps and expands - but for simpliciy's sake - it gives some direction. Over time GLP has had various changes - which has changed the pages numbers by about 5 - for instance page 135 is now, approximately, page 130.
