From what I've learned, binaural sounds are created by listening to frequencies that differ between ears.

For example, a 440 Hz signal in one ear and a 420 Hz signal in the other causes the brain to create a 20 Hz binaural frequency.

Lower binaural frequencies supposedly mimic brain patterns while sleeping or in deep meditation, and can help one to OBE.

Higher frequencies apparently mimic very active brain activity, and very high frequencies could supposedly have one's brain buzzing or even hurting.

Hopefully someone(s) aboard/elsewhere has some knowledge in this area.. ST could you redirect this query to someone with knowledge of the subject? :)

Is it safe to use the lower frequencies, and how can these be best used to help achieve a state of 'out of body'

Would a signal that starts high, and slowly progresses downward be most useful to achieving the out of body state?

Interesting telestrator message as always. I'm still trying to figure out how exactly they correlate to our "now" moment though. Clearly in our frame of reference the things being shown are not happening in our current "frame" of perception. Are these things actually happening in some other frame that has not overlapped with ours as of yet? Sort of a symbolized showing of what would happen based on our choices/current happenings up to this point if the frames suddenly overlapped with our "now"? Is that a simplified version of how it works or I am totally wrong?

You say all things happen at the same moment, in the now. Does that mean that all possibilities(within reason) are happening in the now, and which one comes into our frame of experience then becomes our "now". So endless possiblities/variations of the nibiru passage are occuring concurrently?

If time is not linear.. why can I only perceive in one direction. I'm currently 25 and can remember what we consider the past when I was 19 years old but I can't remember the "future" when I'm 30. (Note, just using the age of 30 as an example, I know you don't expect we'll be here in 5 years)

I see we made it through May 7th with no problems, still for May 8th and 9th there is a chance I suppose. I'm trying not to get upset this time if it doesn't happen. I should be getting used to it by now. I like things to be clear cut so I have a hard time when things don't happen as I'd like. I do have obsessive compulsive disorder as I've mentioned many times before so I guess I like to feel like things are "under control" or have a fear of losing control like you said. I thought maybe the potential dates keep passing with no pole shift to teach me to just go with the flow and not get frustrated when things don't happen as I'd like. But then I dismissed that as it seems obvious that things wouldn't be held up just to teach one person a lesson. Unless each person's "frame" of experience is different?

I am wondering if we didn't interpret the numbers in the telestrator tales wrongly though. They may not have been dates but magnitudes of earthquakes or something like someone mentioned. Maybe that's why they stopped putting in the numbers as we approached those dates, maybe we had it all wrong so they decided to take them out. Then again they could be totally right. There is really no way for us to know unfortunately.

It does seem like the telestrator messages are coming in a bit more clearly now though. Real words.. first just a few but now whole paragraphs. Then turned upside down.. now rightside up. They are still blurry but that might come into focus soon as it seems they are progressing...are they phasing into focus as we phase into 4th density? Hmm.

Greetings ST in BG. I was just curious if you have been keeping up with the latest UFO coverage with in the global media. On "You Tube" (an internet based media site that caters to the individual) has some very interesting footage of a BBC news story that was covering a recent siting in Britain and Istanbul Turkey. I must admit that the photo/footage looks very interesting but of course, how in the hell do I know it isn't CGI/Photoshop? Believe me, we humans are very good at creating a hoax. We can even make aliens themselves believe in a great picture (only to have it be a photoshop/CGI hoax) ha ha ha. Anyway, and I know I've said it before, just land on the White House lawn already. Put up a force field to protect you and your supersized UFO ship and say "hello" already. Enough of the song and dance in the night sky. We have been seeing "formations" all over the world, like recent ones in Russia and the Czech Republic/Slovakia. I am also very interested in the ET's response to NASA and all of the embarrassing moments the ET's have caused them during the STS space shuttle missions! Goodmorning/evening ST in BG.

My question is about dreams.

For the past 3 years I have been having end of the world dreams. I have seen humanity destroy itself, I have seen meteors crash to the ground, I have seen giant lizard like ETs come and enslave our race... Heck I have even had dreams of mechanical beings taking over the world..

All sounds kinda like something out of hollywood, and for a while I believed that was all it was; dreams influenced by movies or ideas I have had during my day. The thing is now adays I don't watch TV at all and rarely watch any movies.

I have just awoken from another particularly violent dream and felt like asking your opinion on it. For the last week or so all my dreams have been more violent/disturbing then usual. Themes of being raped, of having family members tortured or a general feeling of helplessness are all pretty common throughout my dreams.

In life I am a caring person, in training to be a nurse and these dreams are so vivid, so real. I feel pain, I feel emotion, I wake up sometimes in tears from them and other times I can't get rid of the feeling they have left for a few days. Why am I having these dreams?

I guess I will describe two of them to you that stick out most clearly in my mind.

The first dream I had over a year and a half ago but it will stick in my mind forever I believe.

The dream started off with my sisters, I have two younger sisters who I am close with and who I helped mother since my own mother left us at a early age. In the dream we were on a school excursion. I can't quite say where exactly this trip was, the scenery changed alot in the dream.

Anyway, myself and my sisters left the cabins where we were staying and we began to walk along some old train tracks. The atmosphere was calm, we were laughing and enjoying each others company, holding hands as we walked. Eventually we reached a swampy/marsh like area.

In the water was my mothers body.

(My mother committed suicide a few years back. She was a unstable woman who left when I was six and I had always resented the role she had left me as the eldest daughter. My memories of her are brief and unpleasant. It had always upset my sisters a great deal though I just pretended not to care)

As soon as I realised that it was my mother in the water the atmosphere changed again. Everything became darker. I stared at her body, laying face down in the muddy waters for a bit, then slowly I let go of my sisters hands and I waded waste deep out into the water towards her.

As I approached her a noose knot suddenly appeared around her neck and she was jerked upright above the water dangling so just her feet was touching the surface.

No longer was she a corpse, but the woman I remembered. She was strangling now though from the noose around her neck.

She reached out her hand to me, calling me to help her, begging me to save her. Yet I was angry, I didn't want to help her because I didn't want her to hurt my sisters anymore.

When I refused her body began to fall apart and she became the corpse once more, slowly sinking back to dissapear in the water.

On our way back to the cabins my sisters were in tears and as we walked through the trainyard we had alot of difficulty dodging the trains, as if they were trying to hit us.

The next dream is one that I just awoke from.

My BF, his father and myself were off to visit my BFs mothers grave. She had died when he was about 16 of cancer.

In the dream however her grave was a crypt, but not dark and depressing but rather a monument of memories. It was a room filled with all these beautiful birds that flew about, and all over the walls there were words written.

Before she had died, the mother had made this place for her children. She had done this so that they would always remember how much she loved them. On the walls there were lots of messages written to them, in particular there was a large one right before the main door that lead to her body.

I can't recall the words, I know that it meant something special to her children but I don't know what it said.

In the dream we had been to this place several times before and everything had been normal. Oddly though this time my BFs father was in a wheelchair where he is not in one in real life.

This time when we came though something was wrong. As we entered into the tomb as noticed alot of dead birds everywhere.

I can still see it clearly. It was a black cockatoo that we saw first. They were unmarred and we couldn't tell why they had died.

It turned out they were sick, they had some sort of virus that was contracted from something that was within the tomb. A guardian or something. It was a man, though I don't really know why he was in there. The virus had changed his body as well, it had made him into some twisted half animal monster and it was trying to kill us in the tomb.

We managed to keep it in the main room but we were terrified of leaving the crypt because if we were infected now we didn't want to spread it. A voice in my head kept saying 'He has doomed the birds and now he has doomed you. You are going to die down here.'

Suddenly the dream changed; I was back in my hometown (a small rural town in Aus) and I was at school with my BF (who is seven years my senior so we never attended school together).

Again though something was wrong. The fire alarm went off to evacuate the school. A virus was here now, not like the one in the tomb though. It changed people, made them act odd, sadistic, crazy. I saw little children cutting open other children as they were whispering cruel things to each other. Its so vivid and I am still trying to banish the images from my mind.

Myself and my BF quickly tried to escape the school, sneaking past people and trying to make our way through the town to his home.

Along the way we saw alot of people, both infected and not. Everyone seemed to believe that it had originated from teenagers, from the abuse of drugs and such not.

When we finally reached his home both my family and his family were there. My BF and myself wanted to leave but no one else did, they wanted to stay there even though they knew they would die.

Finally my dad said we could have his car (something he most certainly wouldn't do in real life) and we took it and left the town. Though even as we were leaving we knew there was no where we could go, where in the world do you go when the world is infected? Its not a very nice feeling..

Sorry about the wall of text. If you can't read it all that is fine. I am just tired of these dreams and I just want to know why I am having them? Or do they mean something? Is the world going to end soon or are my dreams completely unrelated?
