Is Humanoid the proper term for those ET's who have Human-like forms, including 5-digit hands and feet, such as the Plejarans?

Do ET's, such as The People/One People, use water to bathe as we Humans do, or is there another, more efficient method used to stay fresh and clean? I'm hoping that personal hygiene will take up less of our time in 4th density.

For those ET's who have hair, does it grow, requiring endless haircuts, or does it remain the same length? I ask because I believe you said grass lawns "know" what length to maintain, which would seemingly translate to a higher density shell/container. Do any female ET's use makeup and various beauty treatments, including hair coloring?

Can you describe what sexuality is like in 4th density? 3rd density sexuality is very strange/confusing, with terms like straight, gay, bisexual and transexual. Obviously there would be no reason for transexuals in 4th density, since I believe you can have, in most cases, the body of your choice. I do know that some ET's are both male and female in the same body, though I have no idea how that works.

Will we still have our own individuality/personality in 4th density, though perhaps more balanced? Do the Essassani, for example, have different looks/appearances so they do not all appear identical? I don't mean any disrespect with this question.

Do you have anything along the lines of card games, or are those considered rather mindless forms of entertainment? Is there easy access to holodecks to enjoy various experiences, within limits? Can a holodeck experience take place anywhere, or do you go into a particular location/room on ship?
