I have a few questions about your quote below.

"It May In Individuals Activate More ... Natural Endorphins ... Pain Killers". ST are you saying that individuals that are more active...produce "Natural Endorphins" that give the euphoria of being pain free and energetic?


I do not have either of these symptoms when the energy level is high.

Could that be because I spend to much time (actually not enough time) in forums learning?....lol.

So if I did get more exercise, would I have less pain and feel Euphoric?

My symptoms so far, are as follows. Very irritable, hot flashes lasting quite long, louder ringing in ears, pressure in head...focus seems to be back of head most intense...then pressure easing as extending towards
the forehead.

I do not sleep much during one of these episodes, but don't get real tired either.

I am unable to concentrate and my attention span...
..sometimes...is less than...the length of reading a sentence. Often times reading the same sentence several times. It is very frustrating.

The most interesting issue is that when the energies are
high...my perception seems like I am in a fuzzy dream.

I do not realize it at the time, but when the episode is over and my head clears....i look back and realize it was all like a dream.

My comments above reflect my perception of most of last week. Anyway I thought I would share that with you.
