The document produced by Garrido is extremely odd. I would never have guessed that his invention (a machine that produces vocalized words that match the unspoken voices in his head) would work based upon such a wacky document.

It is certainly a neat idea...i believe that everyone can speak words in their head without actually opening their mouth...imagine if you could communicate with someone across the room without even opening your mouth (sounds similar to telepathy)

Surely, intelligence agencies would be interested in such a technology. I'm sure there are all kinds of applications.
