You say there is a policy against it, which by that you have basically just said that you can, or that you really cant (i dont see any reason why not to "believe" that)

Not to say that youre blowing me off but i dont see how these "lines" of communication could be that much different from any other form of communication. From The Largest To The Smallest & From The Smallest To The Largest" so i am not seeing why you why you are not connected to me right now and if you are what you say you are i dont see why you wouldnt be able to grasp something from the connection so that i could further verify what you are saying and hopefully have gained some futher understanding of the nature of things.

i understand and know. a funny notice about that experience is, that "they" claimed to had tease you (maybe not you, but other greys/zetas...) with the voice of marlene dietrich. all transmissions were done like a "rap" (sprechgesang) and ended with "i am the posh(y) lola"... caused a huge confusion (1930-1940)... :-) hehehe... i don´t know if they fooled me with that anecdote, but sounds funny anyway..
