What makes some people more intelligent than others? Brain chemistry? Upbring? Genetics? Is it possible to increase intellegence in a person? How would one go about doing so?

How does the sole essence latch on the Brain matrix? How does it animate the body?

*We Would Say As If Taking A Testing ... That The Answer Is (E): All Of The Above !! ... As All Of These Things "Factor In" ... In The Idea ... The Perception Of "Intelligence" !! ... But I/We Would State There Is Something Which Is Left Off The List ... And That Is "Experience" !! ... For One Can Have All The "Book Learning" Here That One May Instruct/Teach ... But Without Having Actual "Hands On Experience" ... Without The "Physical Application" Then This Aquired "Book Knowledge" Is Just So Many Theories/Possibilities !!

Hmmm !! ... Well The "Energy Essense" (That Which You Call "Sole Essense" Doesn´t Function In Such A Manner !! ... In My Own Example & Seeing This Process ... It Was If An "Energy Spark" Suddenly Was Transferred From One Body To Another !! ... I Was Now Inside The Fetus Inside My Terrestrial Birthmother ... And Thinking To Myself ... Hmmm ?? ... This Is What It Is Like Being In One Of These Forms !! ... *So I Would Say In Answer To Your Question ... That Everything Is "Linked Up" At The Same Moment !!
