Just wandering what you know about sungazing?

There are apparently people "living off the light" by gaining what their body needs through staring at the sun barefoot at dawn and dusk. Is this beneficial and could immortalize someone ?

I've tried looking at the Sun with eyes closed and seems to energize my body but not sure if this is therapeutic.

Also lately i've been smoking weed once per day at night and it seems to have enhanced my creativity and dreams.

a more balanced integrated way.

Could weed revolutionize consciousness and open the 3rd eye or whatever?
