We must be related. I have OCD and depression as well. I am currently on two types of meds just for that. Plus I'm asthmatic, a closet smoker, high blood pressure, OSA (obstructive sleep apnea), ARD (acid reflux disease), high colesterol, obesity (I'm fat), almost completely bald, and the list goes on. As far as your situation with E.T.'s, don't even bother talking to a therapist unless they are affiliated one way or the other with this type of phenomenon. And yes, it is phenomenal for there is no real science that currently has adopted and assimilated the immense knowledge of this subject unless of course it is "black opts" and off the record. You need to find out about groups that have had similar experiences to yourself. You are not crazy at all. You have a friend in me that understands your situation in that I've had similar experiences myself. I however haven't been abducted but have had many divinical dreams regarding ET's and there showcasing of technology. I have literally been on their craft and have seen one individual literally rip her skin off of here body to reveal a human/ET/bionic-robotic internal structure. Oh, and when she did this, she said right before doing so: "check out the new Dodge". Can you believe that! They even know all of our sayings and marketing slogans. Unbelievable!
