Yes! I have noticed/experienced reactions/rashes/pains from once favorite foods. Also been experiencing bouts of dizziness/spinning. What should one be eating/consuming now instead?

**Well To Be Honest My Friend ... I Am Having Difficulty With This Situation Myself !! ... As The Problem Is ... That We Are Rather In The Middle Of Transiting From 3rd Density To 4th Density !! ... From A Lower Vibratory Rate To A Higher/Faster Vibratory Rate !! ... So I Have Tried Many "Variations On A Theme" ... Or At Least I Think I Have ??? ... And I Still End Up With "Food Processing Problems" !!

**Now I Think In My Case The Difficulty Is ... That In My Next Embodiment I Will Not Need To Eat !! ... As My Energies Will Come From Another Source Entirely Different !! ... So In This "Transition" Having One Might Say ... One Foot On Each Side Of The Doorways ... The "Mind/Spirit Complex" Is Saying ... Hey He Doesn´t Have To Partake Of Foodstuffs To Survive !! ... And Yet I Am Still In 3rd Density Needing To Assimilate Energies From Termed "Solid Foods" !! ... So There Is Rather A Contridiction That Exists ... In What Is Needed Here ... And What Is Not Needed There !! ... Which Either Causes My System To Bloat/Gas Up ... Get The Runs ... Or Tearing Me Up ... On The Way To Passing This Out Of Me !!

**So Right Now I Think For My Body ... Foods That Do Not Require Additional Breakdown In Order To Obtain/Gain The Energies From This Is In Order !! ... Such As Fruits, Vegetables, Cereals, Honey !! ... And To Stay Away From Meats & Animal Flesh Foods ... Which Although Supplying Energies ... Require Energies To Break These Down !!
