I read on this other forum at GLP that the moon was impacted by a meteor and it knocked the moon off it's orbit which is now decaying and possibly could now be drawn towards earth and impact 'her'. OP said several things about working for NASA and quitting, and how the public portrayal of trying to find water via an explosion on the moon was a lie, that they were trying ot "move" the moon's orbit, blah blah... Quite interesting concept tho.... so I just had to share. Thread: I just quit my job at NASA... I have some really bad news (Page 53) Please would you tell us if this is true.... It seems like every week now, there is a major earth quake some where in the world. First it was Haiti, then Japan, Chile and now Taiwan. I believe the continental U.S. could easily be next with the vast subduction and strike slip fault zones on the west coast, a massive dormant zone in New York and of course the New Madrid zone in the central mid-west (just south of me). So we have a lot of concerns, not to mention the financial. The dollar is crashing. The job loss is constant. Realistate values are droping and going upside down (meaning that the amount owed is more than the assessed value of the property). The banks are being bailed out with "stimulus" revenue that is really just money from us tax payers. The banks in turn don't give a sh-t about us. They won't even renegotiate their contracts on mortgages or loans to reflect the current economic trends. So in turn, mass forclosures are occuring and as a result, tax revenues of all sorts (not just property taxes) are drying up. The gov't want's to pass (ram rod/fast track) detrimental health care legislation that will expedite the immenent demise of our economy in that they want to mandate health care coverage that people in turn won't have the money to pay. In previous health care language (I don't know if it is still in place), they wanted to classify it as a local, state or federal offense if one doesn't comply and get coverage. From what I remember/understand, they wanted to finacially penalize first time offenders, with second timers going to jail for 90 days if they didn't have coverage! So I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture that this "boat" is sinking and sinking fast. Our world needs help and desperately now. Thank you for your input. Your friend, MJ-13. |

VIDEO: Ice Geysers of Enceladus one of Saturn's moon's are depressurizing and melting? Quite scary if you ask me... Now in the last month or two it is suddenly showing rather large burts of activity compared to the historically low solar minimum we apparently were having up until recently. Since the sun is phasing to a red state (which is less active I assume?), is this some sort of last hurrah for Sol? |
