Ugg... was trying to say that during that "helped" OBE attempt.. that seamed from conscious... there was no hard heart pounding or that many weird sensations...

And when it started I knew it was happening before I really witnessed something... I found that interesting.. then I heard TONES and what looked to be spinning thing near my cieling...

So perhaps some certain tones would help me? You guys are so funny... you help a smidgen then stand back and go HEHEHEHE lets see what he can do now... LOL...
