I spoke to you before about an astral projection attempt that was accompanied by some fears of mine... like the experience I told you about last time... about the chaos in my last attempts and how I didn´t go with the flow of it past the point of hearing it say hello... and I mentioned Jesus and it said whatever... well...

That first encounter with this being stuff in astral projection attempts/dreams... was accompanied by the same feeling of chaos... being naked... wetting my bed... etc.. all these negative sensations as I would term... then I saw what would seemed to be a demon asI told ya... that looked like a bat... that was shaped more like a huge moth... it was black in the middle with outlying colors of orange yellow and red I believe...

I like your distinction between our perception of what´s moving and what is "stationary"! Makes a lot of sense now.

I´m a bit perturbed that the Sun is entering a new phase - maybe whiter, possibly more orange. Did you refer to Sol as the "dead sun"? Disturbing reference if so.

From my study of mythology, it seems that many cultures referred to discrete world ages, each of which was brought to an end by a catastrophe of some sort. The Mayans seem to have had the clearest idea of the connection between each age and the Sun, but why would they end their calendar in 2012? Does that imply the Sun is no more after that?

One other idea - indulge me if you will. In the past century, despite our rising death toll from wars and other evils, it also seems to me that humanity´s comprehension of the universe and history has gradually expanded. Partly due to science, partly due to aspects of popular culture, esp science fiction, and partly due to the widespread experiences of phenomena like UFOs and "unknown" events. Although the establishment tries to keep a lid on these things - mainly by ensuring that these subjects remain heavily stratified and disconnected - I think there´s a fundamental connection there.

The bottom line: a significant portion of humanity is being acclimatised to the notion that we will have to go into space en masse and emigrate off this planet. On the one hand, our disaster movies portray the terrible aftermath of earthquakes, cometary strikes and (of course) alien invasions. On the other, space itself is presented as a vast source of wonder for us to explore.

Will we eventually reach the heavens in the next few decades, or will 2012 set us back indefinitely?
