In meditation... many people say you raise/release more energy as your raise vibration... as you experience more emptiness/stillness inside...

I think it´s that you use your energy more efficiently in these states... this is why you get more energy :P Is this correct? I know you may actually create more energy from Kundalini...

My sleep has been kind of bad lately... I get like 4 hours of sleep and then work out :( I run on the treadmill for an hour straight... and sweat so much... today I focused on breathing more from my stomache better... I experienced more stillness and it seemed like I had more energy actually by the end of the work out :O! That won´t hurt anything right? hehe... I noticed my concentration was very high so I was concentrating on chakra points back and forth in my body a bit... anyway...

I did a little cough to clear my throat, the guy next to me did the same immediately after... but an additional 3 more times too hehehe... when I got home I found myself clearing my throat more again ass my vibrational level lowered...

I do not have a teacher here for this... and don´t think I would find anyone I could trust... any tips on this ST in BG?

My meditation teacher (8 months just kind of a relaxing period)... told me I should work on my throat and grounding myself more... and asked me if I had meditated before... which I hadn´t really... I think it was from smoking weed for 3 yrs... I would try for very profound meditative states during those times and work with them rather than shutting down heh...

I think as a consequence my body became dependent on working with those vibrations though I began to get unhealthy... my skin turned white and I was losing hair my mom said... I had a bald spot... I thought higher vibrations were healing? What level is unsafe to exceed? how can one gauge?

OPERATOR, on another thread here at GLP, was like... imagine the hurricane Katrina spinning clockwise slowing it down... I was thinking... that would depend on the perspective you have on it... if you are under it... it is indeed going clockwise :P... just as with the earth... if you view it from below or above ... the rotational direction changes...

I concluded long ago, without looking it up... that the description of clockwise and counter clockwise only apply to objects we can´t seem to see from their other sides :P

Thanks as always for answering my queries. It´s interesting to see how this thread has developed over 96 pages! You must be one busy ET!

When you said about the transition around 2012, with the Sun phasing into orange and the return of Nibiru, you also pointed out:

Next question: it´s been mentioned in several places that an attempt would be made to ignite Jupiter. Is this something as basic as plunging a nuclear bomb into its atmosphere to kickstart a reaction, or is it a natural part of the planet´s cycle? In other words, are stars and gas planets more similar than our current science acknowledges?

BTW after Earth returns to a habitable state, what will be the effect of having two stars rather than one?

Either my cat is psychotic or something very interesting happened...


I have a pet cat named Gizmo... He has been coming to me lately... I pet him alot and tell him I love him but he is very particular in how he should be pet and rarely lets me hold him etc... Someone pointed out that when people come over, sometimes he comes out in the open... he´s a very interesting cat...

A bit after I had got home from the gym and felt very cleansed and at peace etc... I felt like the outside of me was vibrating... much more than I feel now... like tingley... anyway... I kept going with this feeling sitting on my bed... and my cat jumps on my door meowing lol...

I let him in and he actually jumps up on my bed and lays out... I´m like what the??? he never does this... so... I layed next to him... expecting him to flee as soon as I had adjusted my position to a comfortable one... but surprisingly... he remained there...

So we layed down and I kept trying to embrace these feelings I have been having... the more relaxed I got... the more relaxed my cat would seem to get to where he became every calm and let me pet him etc...
