this morning I was practicing trance... I stopped much of my extraneous thinking became very focused...

In other words... when I looked in a mirror... I could focus both eyes on the same point near any part around my eyes without them wanting to wander much :P Both eyes were very balanced... and I felt a lot of emotion...

then I kind of laid on my stomache on my bed... trying to deepen it and rest... I found myself approaching sleep paralysis... I felt it... I stopped it... then made it happen again...

This is what I experienced:

I heard a sort of like hovering noise... and felt energy around my etheric body´s neck shoulder etc being pressed on... then felt this weird very hot sort of hot little pricking in a spot on my back´s right side... any ideas about this?... then felt my nipples being pressed down... lol...

Afterwards I found alot of my mental orientation was brought back... it was like I had less emotional ties afterwards... my eyes were no longer balanced... my left eye has a wider tendency to it now...

Evil bastards! :P... (shrugs) nah really I dunno... I will just adapt again though... weirdness... I didn´t ask for help either... but when I experienced it I asked for healing... I think you guys need to upgrade your equipment for it is inbalancing :P

Interesting... as I focused to raising that sort of heart energy I had before...

You have dodged many questions I have asked you about the termed ´occult´.This is understanable. I myself belive these ´powers´ were given to us with good inttentions on hope we improve ourselves spiritually and also protects us from the term ´mental programming´. just think if we could fully control our minds,emotions and body! The many powers that pee throughout history would not have been able to manipulate and control us! I also feel it was given to us to protect and dectect hostile E.T.´s which only want to do us harm. So all the figures and symbols of the occult was queered up as best as the powers that pee could! With what power lies in the occult one would not need ´weapons´ only ones mind. Our ´test´ as you put would of been over long ago if we could control ourselves. That also leads my to wonder why the powers that pee were permitted to queer up the occult? Could it be we would not be in this so called test then? In all probability we would of already established ´contact´ long ago with E.T.´s. The supression of occult could of also been supressed to make E.T.´s look ´good´.We as humans none the wiser do not realize we could be them same if not better? Thus making us feel infearior them look superior.This is where, to save insult I will use the term ´CHAMPION´ of man comes into play. But again he was succesfully queered up by the powers that pee.Which made him ENEMY istead of champion.Are the term ´Luciferians´ responsible for all the queering up here as you suggested?

My neurological system is horrible... I have been a nervous wreck for so long...

And then when you get some of this back... and then it´s stripped from you again... you must atleast imagine how that feels... it´s like... you are calm ahhh... sleeping... or whatever... and then a fire alarm goes off and that sort of anxiety created when you go WHAT THE... and find yourself hitting your head... lingers on staying to a certain extent :( then it compounds with each little stress.. building and building... and reinforcing old memories due to the tension!!!

Where most people can shake it off without much... I mean... I gotta go in to deep meditation... crazy stuff... that´s why I played games soooo much... I had to get myself somewhat happy enough to deal with the stress I had to endure... and then BOOM... I exploded one day hehe... but managed to keep going

I just have to really really really go inward and conjure moments of happiness and peace and then I can work my way back...

But they don´t teach meditation here in the US at schools to function... nah... it´s like SUGAR SUGAR... caffeine really messed me up.. I was having 5 sodas a day to function by the end of my 2 years of college :O

ST in BG... perhaps if I had like one thing wrong with me I would ask for help... but I have like ... alot I think... I don´t want to ask too much... I dont want to be selfish... So, it would be too big of a question/demand I believe...

Imagiine... your history teacher in class tells you YOU CAN DO BETTER... (which I couldnt then)... reading pages and not remembering anything with a wandering stressing mind... and then he asks a question in class about the reading and waits 10 minutes of class time for you to think about it... embarrassing you thinking this will HELP ME... just made it worse... and if I did answer I would stutter it out for minutes... college prep was harder than the 2+ years of college I had lol...
The history teacher was pissed I managed to get decent grades on his tests but couldn´t perform in class... I was barely managing... imagine jacking yourself off 5 times a day to help relax... dude... heh... when I don´t stutter I can actually speak clearly and really fast... it´s really really weird :o

In the past 11 months I have just started learning how to approach a path of getting well and coping again...

I mean... my entire history is insane and I posted some of it here in the past ... I think what pisses people off so much about me is that while having all these problems... it makes me a SMART ASS... literally... because my consciousness is pretty massive in the midst of all this chaos...

I am sorry believe me... and I am responsible... I accept that... but just know I do my best... I mean the best I can man... alot of people need help these days with this... You really just HAVE TO... take atleast a few moments a day to lay down and not sleep... but breathe in emotion and love and relax...

I found ... before I apparently flogged my energy work to the point of this morning :p... That I was able to ground my thinking yesterday for once in over 12+ years... It´s like... my thoughts flowed again because i was connected to my emotions deeply and feeling more serene... I found out emotions and this serene feeling is the key to why I have most of my memory problems :o

ST in BG can deal with it... I pray heh... not that I expect that of him I just have an idea he can... you gotta remember it´s the E.T. side of him that is addressing all this, usually? I am ashamed of myself no doubt about it... but I don´t know how much I am to blame...

I had tried this program called BWG... brain wave generator... I finally got a free version of it... I tried this thing called Trip in Time that´s supposed to put you in a trance... well uhh... it does but ohhh man... well it messed me up lol...

I don´t even think brainwave entrainment is that safe... people say it´s like meditation results... but... many don´t realize (or ignore, like myself =0) that your body isn´t necessarily ready...

Oh geez... I just leaned back and felt this three pulse thing lol... I feel better now... l8rs... no more BWG for me
