When I was a teenager in High School I would sometimes go into what I term spontaneous meditation. When its time to be somewhere - well...you just are. Unfortunately, sometimes teachers would report that they thought that I may be on drugs - which was definately not true.

Not once but twice I was compelled to walk out of school and keep on going (gee, my parents really didn´t understand this - thankfully, the Forces did). Rides would come, things would happen and both times I ended up in the same town in a different State. Later I was to learn that the one I call my Spiritsister (really it is that we just Know that we are from the same "place") lived in that town.

About four years later we both "happened" to live in the same apartment building - but did we meet then? no. (I do remember an incident of her speaking to her kids outside as I was walking by which caused me to spin in my tracks at the sound of her voice for some reason.) It again was about four years later, when I opened a bookstore, when she came and started speaking to me in "the voice" did I Recognize who she was. Anyways, many many more stories from this that I reserve for now.

You use many of the same words/phrases and convey many of the same ideas/concepts. Just wanted to relate that.

When I get a very calm meditative state while awake... sometimes like... I can´t explain it well...

Yesterday when I was trying to relax as much as I can and let energy flow... I felt like energy went up my spine or like something aligned that wasn´t like that before... I was like huh?... and then when I opened my eyes they were solid red from blood and pressure... and the skin on my face was red... my eyes felt sore and hurt... it was really weird... it happens sometimes when I meditate or try to relax...

What am I doing wrong?

If I relax enough and start remembering events in my life and picturing them... and keep relaxing... sometimes I have like a body spasm lol... what is this?

I had a very symbolic dream the other night which had some deja vu to it... I dont remember all of it... but I lived in an area and went to school and was failing out of it or something... my parents could barely get me there and I couldn´t function and I dreamed of mentally not being able to deal with it just like in real life...

I was off with some friends and I went the opposite way I usually go to school... and there was a road at this opposite side of the subdivision that read... Can I?... that´s quite symbolic lol... and I wasn´t sure I could go this way... my friends went some of it and there was a sense of getting in trouble... a few got caught weird crap happened... I forgot some very good information about this part of the dream but anyway... that´s where I am in my life now... Can I? or Can´t I... not sure if I am a "can don´t" or a "can´t do"... hehehe... :o... but even if I am a can don´t... what it would take to realize this ability may not be worth it... it´s just all weirded...

Are very realistic dreams safe? this is what I want to know... everyone insists yes... but I am talking very very real dreams... they insist not if you heart can take it... but see... there are people who have horribly real nightmares and their hearts can take it but their MINDS CAN´T! as in they fear afterwards when awake and in the dream... :o... so hrmmm...

Another thing I don´t like is people say dreams reflect your real progress... no no I don´t see this because not all of your conscious is in the dream so you cannot make a decision... perhaps that you are stripped down to a lesser consciousness that would maybe judge what is deep down... but uhh... that´s like giving someone a drug and saying if he does some crazy shit it is his real self doing it... it´s the same sort of chemically altered consciousness that isn´t real :o... I say real... because we all operate based on a beta control mostly... another thing...

I think I know why... for instance... If you had a person with a HUGE SEX DRIVE... and he never knew about sex at all.. .was on an island... this tension would get re-channeled...

Many masters of meditation insist upon re-channeling sexual energy... well... there are some people who don´t know why they have such an "ENERGY" inside... and it is reflected in everything they do (re-channeled) automatically... which can positively or negatively effect...

So ST in BG... the 220 volts thing you spoke to me about... I will just place that with a grain of salt for a minute... my hair analysis shows certain metals and imbalances indicative of over stimulation... 220 volts seems like not the cause... but I do not know...

I found myself in a huge emotional bout recently... I connected to some emotions of mine... I found myself saying "I don´t even know who I am"...

But this is just the thing... certainty... certainty is really only an endowment of time... if things were allowed to happen rapidly enough... there would be so much uncertainty we perhaps could not cope!... and so... what does that means exactly?...

Are preparations such as Collodial Silver and Collodial Gold truly as beneficial as they say - antibacterial, antifungal etc?
