ST,

Yesterday I was feeling really upset about everything that is soon to pass and I went up on the rooftop to think and watch the sunset.

Inside my head I felt as if my brain was 'down' I cannot exactly describe the feeling but just like my brain was not alert and was sad / could not think properly.

I thought it my head in the most serious way I knew how, 'if there are ET beings watching or helping me, please let yourself be known and please help now'... After thinking these thoughts deeply for a few minutes something happened.

A very odd feeling almost like a 'spark' had been lite in my brain. Once again hard to explain but it felt like I was being kept from entering that 'down' brain state at that moment. It felt like something had energized my brain... Not so much as an 'inspiration' but just something that felt like an acceleration... Like I could not slow back down into the 'depressed' state...

Even though I had nothing to really 'be happy' about, my brain just kept feeling like it was lifted up from the 'down' spot I was in... This feeling was very curious to me and something I had not felt before. The most interesting part is that I did not change anything about what I was doing or my state of mind... It just suddenly changed for me...

I don't know if that is possible or not, but could a being have actually heard me and helped me out? Even today I am not feeling the 'down' state of mind that I was yesterday.
